Rafcina Apparel offers local order pick-up for customers located within Adelaide, South Australia.
Eligibility for Pick-Up
Pick-up is available for customers whose delivery address is within Adelaide, South Australia. Orders outside this area must select a shipping option at checkout.
How Pick-Up Works
- 1.Place your order online as usual.
- 2.Select Local Pick-Up at checkout (if available).
- 3.Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation message with pick-up instructions.
Pick-Up Timeframe
Orders are typically ready for pick-up within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Pick-ups are by appointment only.
Pick-Up Location
The exact pick-up address will be provided after your order is confirmed for privacy and security reasons.
Identification & Collection
Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID when collecting your order. Orders may only be collected by the person who placed the order unless prior arrangements have been approved.
Uncollected Orders
Orders must be collected within 7 days of pick-up confirmation. If an order is not collected within this timeframe and no communication is received, Rafcina Apparel reserves the right to arrange shipping at the customer's expense and returns may not be accepted unless defective.
Returns & Refunds
Local pick-up orders are subject to the same Return & Refund Policy as shipped orders.
